Spice up a boring burger with some PERi-PERi sauce and PERinaise!
- Hot PERinaise
- 40g PERi-PERi sauce
- 450g minced beef
- 100g red onion
- Sliced cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 25g dried breadcrumbs
- Cilantro (coriander)
- 1 egg
- Burger buns
1 Smother chopped onions with PERi-PERi sauce and set aside
2 Add breadcrumbs, egg, cilantro and PERi-PERi sauce to beef mince. Give it a mix!
3 Roll beef mixture into balls, should make four balls.
4 Use a spoon to push a divot into the beef balls to make a bowl shape. Fill with PERi's onions and top with a slice of cheese to lock in the onions
5 Place beef patties on grill and cover with foil, cook for 12-15 minutes. Spread PERinaise on bun then add a piece of lettuce, add the burger and top bun. Smashed it!
