Using PERinaise in coleslaw brings the perfect amount of heat to a delicious hot dog.


  • 50g Hot PERinaise
  • PERi-PERi sauce
  • Hot dogs (or sausages)
  • 1/4 white cabbage
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 red apple
  • Parsley
  • Hot dog buns

Cooking Instructions

1 Chop cabbage into slices, finely cut celery sticks, and grate the apple, then throw into a bowl. Add parsley and PERinaise and mix together
2 Place hot dogs on grill, (see package for cooking instructions). Once cooked place in hot dog buns and top with PERi-PERi sauce and finish with the slaw!
