- 1 Cauliflower head, broken into florets, approx 18 oz/500g
- 1 Cup flour
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 Cup Nando's PERi-PERi sauce, in the flavour of your choice
- 1/2 Cup breadcrumbs
- 5 oz/150 mL Water
- 4 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Preheat the oven to 220℃
2 place the flour, water, oil and garlic powder in a large Ziplock bag. Seal and mix together to for a batter. Ad the cauliflower, seal again and mix together til the cauliflower is all coated. Finally, add the bread crumbs and toss together again til evenly coated.
3 Arrange the coated florets in one layer on a lined baking sheet. Bake on the centre rack 25-35 minutes until golden brown, turning after 20 minutes.
4 Brush or toss with PERi-PERi sauce and serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
