• 13 w oz. Broccoli, broken into small florets
  • 4 Tablespoons Nando's PERi-PERi sauce, flavour of your choice
  • 2 Teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1.5 Cups (15 oz/425 g) almond flour
  • 1 Cup (4 oz/ 115 g) shredded cheddar
  • 3 Eggs

Cooking Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 220℃
2 Mix the broccoli, PERi-PERi sauce, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning in a microwaveable container. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes and allow to cool.
3 Mix cooled broccoli with almond flour, eggs and cheese, then shape into tots. You should get about 22 tots about the size of your thumb.
4 Place tots on a parchment lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden underneath.
5 Serve warm with more PERi-PERi sauce for dipping!
