Ingredients
- 13 w oz. Broccoli, broken into small florets
- 4 Tablespoons Nando's PERi-PERi sauce, flavour of your choice
- 2 Teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon pepper
- 1.5 Cups (15 oz/425 g) almond flour
- 1 Cup (4 oz/ 115 g) shredded cheddar
- 3 Eggs

Preheat the oven to 220℃

Mix the broccoli, PERi-PERi sauce, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning in a microwaveable container. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes and allow to cool.

Mix cooled broccoli with almond flour, eggs and cheese, then shape into tots. You should get about 22 tots about the size of your thumb.

Place tots on a parchment lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden underneath.

Serve warm with more PERi-PERi sauce for dipping!
