Try these easy fish tacos and don't forget to top with PERinaise! Taco 'bout tasty!
- 60g PERinaise
- 20ml PERi-PERi sauce
- 8 fish fingers
- 4 mini tortillas
- 1 red apple (grated)
- 1 carrot (peeled & grated)
- 1/4 white cabbage (finely sliced)
- Small bunch of fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 Cook fish fingers as directed on package. Get chopping - carrots, cabbage, apple and cilantro!
2 Throw chopped ingredients into a bowl and pour in PERi-PERi sauce. Mix to coat
3 Squeeze PERinaise on each tortilla then top with PERi slaw. Add cooked fish fingers on top and of course top with more PERinaise and a sprinkle of cilantro. Taco 'bout tasty!
