Cheese, chicken, and PERinaise heaven! Give this grilled cheese toastie recipe a try, it won't let you down!


  • 30g PERinaise
  • 20ml PERi-PERi sauce
  • 50g cooked chicken (pulled)
  • 50g mature cheese (grated)
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

1 Mix chicken, cheese and PERi-PERi sauce in a bowl. Once mixed, fill chicken mixture between two slices of bread.
2 Cover the top of the sandwich with PERinaise. Heat oil in a frying pan and place sandwich PERinaise side down, cook for 3 minutes. Repeat with the other side of the sandwich
3 Cut in half and serve. Mmmm-melty
