• 1 Jar of sandwich-styled pickles, drained well. (about 12 oz/340 g)
  • 1 Cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • Nando's PERi-PERi sauce, flavour of your choice, to drizzle
  • PERinaise, flavour of your choice, for dipping

Cooking Instructions

1 Set up your breading station in 3 shallow dishes: 1. Flour, salt and dill 2. Beaten egg 3. Panko and parmesan
2 Toss the pickles in flour, then dip the egg, and finally place in the breadcrumbs, pressing to make sure both sides are well-covered.
3 Set the sir fryer to 180℃ and cook the breaded pickles in batches for 12 minutes, turning once in the middle. For optimum crispiness never cook more than one layer at a time.
4 Serve immediately drizzled with PERi-PERi sauce and PERinaise for dipping.
