Can never go wrong with baked mac n cheese then add some PERi-PERi completes perfection!


  • 2 tbsp PERi-PERi sauce
  • 10 oz milk
  • 1 cup macaroni pasta
  • 5 tbsp sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 3 tbsp mozzarella (grated)
  • 4 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tsp parmesan (grated)
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Small handful of parsley

Cooking Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 200℃. Fry onion with a pinch of salt in hot oil until slightly soft, then remove from pan
2 Using the same pan, add milk and bring to a boil. Mix the cornflour with 20ml water and slowly add to the milk continuously, whisking. Once sauce is thick, add the cheese, then PERi-PERi sauce and mix
3 Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente in salted boiling water, drain, and add to the sauce. Mix together and pour into a casserole dish
4 Place onion petals on the pasta. Sprinkle cheese, then scatter breadcrumbs. Bake for 10-15 minutes, remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley and serve
