- 1 btl Nando’s PERi-PERi sauce (choose your flavour)
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 200g cornflakes
- Pinch of salt and pepper
1 Preheat oven to 220. Crush cornflakes (great for getting all your frustrations out too).
2 Coat chicken in flour and shake off excess. Coat chicken in PERi-PERi sauce and coat with crushed cornflakes.
3 Spray a baking sheet with the oil and spread the chicken pieces out. Spray with oil and bake for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway (to make for optimal crispiness!).
4 Serve with PERi-PERi for dipping and get your chow on!
